The Art of Intentional Eating
The Art of Intentional Eating is a 10 session educational and interactive group incorporating mindfulness, meditation and nutritional planning skills to assist participants in letting go of diet mentality, resolving binge eating patterns and improving their relationship with food and themselves. The group is designed with evidence based interventions that have been shown to effectively reduce bingeing and increase ability to normalize eating. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice skills in group setting and take additional materials home to further improve their progress.
